Summary: The original 100+ year old Odd Fellows building drawings and documents had long been lost or destroyed. Sebago was tasked to create a new set of plan drawings for inclusion within a property improvement permit application by the Odd Fellows property management group. Floor layout, window sizing, door locations, as well as stairs and fire escape elements required in the drawing set. Laser scanning was implemented as a means to mitigate the disruption of business rental space. Sebago coordinated with building occupants to acquire needed documentation for both exterior and interior spaces.
